Asian Handicap

The Asian Handicap (insert link) only has two betting outcomes: victory or defeat. A distinction is made between "whole handicaps" and "half handicaps":

Whole handicaps are handicap 1-0 or handicap 2-0, for example. If the Asian Handicap finishes in a draw, your stake will be refunded.

For example, you are betting on the Gladbach v Frankfurt match with Asian Handicap 1-0, on Gladbach winning. You have won if the game finishes in a draw or Gladbach wins. If the game finishes 0-2, i.e. Frankfurt wins, you have lost. If Frankfurt wins by only one goal, your stake will be refunded.

Half handicaps are handicap 0.5-0, handicap 1.5-0 or handicap 2.5-0, for example. Since the "half" goals always need to be added to the actual result, draws are not possible.

For example, you are betting on the Gladbach v Frankfurt match with Asian Handicap 0.5-0, on Gladbach winning. Gladbach therefore gains a "half" goal lead. You have won if the game finishes in a draw (1-1 + 0.5-0 = 1.5-1) or if Gladbach wins (2-1 + 0.5-0 = 2.5-1). As a result, the half handicap means that there can be no draws

Both teams score a goal + over/under

This type of bet involves you betting that both teams will score at least one goal, as well as on the number of goals scored by both teams.

Double chance

This type of bet involves you betting on two potential game outcomes with one bet.

For example, You place the bet 1X on the Bayern Munich v AC Milan match. You have won if Bayern Munich wins the game or the game finishes in a draw.

Double chance and both teams score a goal

This type of bet involves you placing one bet on two potential match outcomes and also that both teams will score at least one goal.

Double chance and over/under

This type of bet involves you placing one bet on two potential match outcomes and also on the number of goals scored by both teams.

Double chance (match) + both teams score a goal (1st half)

This type of bet involves you placing one bet on two potential match outcomes (final whistle) and also that both teams will score a goal in the 1st half.

Double chance (match) + both teams score a goal (2nd half)

This type of bet involves you placing one bet on two potential match outcomes (final whistle) and also that both teams will score at least one goal in the 2nd half.

Single bet

The single bet involves you betting on the occurrence of a single event. The potential payout is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds.

For example, you are betting EUR 10 on Chelsea winning and make the bet with odds of 2.20. If Chelsea wins, you will receive EUR 22.00 (10 X 2.20).

If a set ends in love?

This type of bet involves you betting that at least one set in a tennis match will end in 6-0 or 0-6.

Will team 1 score a goal in both halves?

Esports

Under the heading "esports", you can bet on the most popular events/tournaments in electronic sports (esports). This involves players from different parts of the world facing off against each other in competitive video games, either one-to-one or in teams.

Bet on the best teams (for example) in the esports categories Counter-Strike, League of Legends, FIFA esports (e-soccer) and Rocket League.

FIFA esports (e-soccer)

Under the heading FIFA esports, you can bet on competitions run by the popular football simulation series FIFA (also known as FIFA football/soccer) published by Electronic Arts.

Just like in "real" football matches, electronic football (e-soccer) matches see two teams square off against each other with the aim of scoring more goals than their opponent.

The teams are controlled/played by "real" people (gamers), who either compete as individuals (single-player mode) or as a team (multi-player mode).

As with "real" football, bet on popular types of bet/betting markets, such as the final result, over/under or double chance.

Will team 1 win both halves?

This type of bet involves you betting that team 1 will win both the first and second half.

Will team 1 win at least one half?

In this type of bet, team 1 only needs to win the first half or the second half. If team 1 wins both halves, you have also won.

Will team 1 win without conceding a goal?

This type of bet involves you betting that team 1 will win without conceding a goal.

Will there be an extra innings?

This type of bet involves you betting that at least 10 innings will be played. An "extra innings" is equivalent to extra time in football.

Half-time/final result

This type of bet involves you betting on the half-time and final result of an event.

For example, if you bet on 1/X for AS Roma v AC Milan, you're assuming that AS Roma, as the home team, will win the first half but that the game will end in a draw.

Handicap

This type of bet involves you betting that a team will gain an advantage prior to the start, with this advantage added to the actual result.

For example, the handicap is 0-1 for the Portugal v Andorra match. This means Andorra has a one-goal advantage. If the game finishes 1-0 to Portugal, then the right handicap bet is X. If the game finishes 2-0 to Portugal, then the right handicap bet is 1. If the game finishes in a 1-1 draw, then the right handicap bet is 2. The Asian Handicap is also a variant of handicap betting.

H2H – Head-to-head

This type of bet involves you betting on the winner of a head-to-head battle set by the bookmaker.

For example, H2H SK Sturm Graz v LASK – after the round robin H2H Hamilton, Lewis v Vettel, Sebastian

Parlay bet

In a parlay bet, multiple bets are combined on one ticket. The odds are multiplied together. To win, all the bets need to be correct. If one bet is wrong, then the entire ticket is lost.

For example, in the tennis match between Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, you bet that Federer will win at odds of 1.50. You also bet that Germany will beat Russia at odds of 1.20. In the third event, you choose Bosnia v Lithuania, betting that Bosnia will win at odds of 2.10. If all three of your bets are correct, your stake will be multiplied by the total odds of 3.78 (=1.50 X 1.20 X 2.10).

At ADMIRAL, you can combine up to 10 events from all types of sport and competitions. You can also combine your picks with live bets.

Long-term bets

A long-term bet covers an extended period.

For example: Which side will be champion? Which side will win the Champions League? Who will win the Tour de France?

Live bets

Live bets allow you to bet on a sports event in real time with dynamic odds. This lets you adjust the way you place bets to suit the progress of the game.

Multiway bets

This type of bet involves you betting on multiple betting outcomes at the same time on the same ticket. The individual betting outcomes are treated as single bets. However, you can combine them with other picks or other multiway bets.

For example, you bet on victory for Bayern and on a draw in the match against Real Madrid. you also bet that Federer will win the tennis match against Rafael Nadal. In other words, you decide on two outcomes for the Bayern Munich v Real Madrid match (bet 1 and bet X) and on one outcome for the tennis match.

As a result, your bets will automatically be combined to form two parlay bets:

  1. Parlay bet: Bayern Munich v Real Madrid: pick 1 (odds 1.80) Roger Federer v Rafael Nadal: pick 1 (odds 1.60) total odds = 1.80 X 1.60 = 2.88

  2. Parlay bet: Bayern Munich v Real Madrid: pick X (odds 3.00) Roger Federer v Rafael Nadal: pick 1 (odds 1.60) total odds = 3.00 X 1.60 = 4.80

In other words, the highest winning odds are 4.80, the lowest 2.88. Your total stake is calculated from the stake per bet multiplied by the number of bets.

In this case, a stake of EUR 5 per bet gives a total stake of EUR 10 (two bets, each at EUR 5). If you opt for another multiway bet, a total of four bets will be combined on your pick slip. The total stake would then be EUR 20 (four bets, each with a stake of EUR 5).

Of course, the number of bets, your total stake and your highest winning odds are shown on the pick slip before you place your bet.

The benefit of multiway bets is that you can combine multiple betting outcomes for a contest with additional bets, without needing to create a new pick slip each time. Compared to a parlay bet, the risk is also reduced because you are planning for several betting outcomes for an event on your pick slip.

Take 3

"Take 3" is a special parlay bet that's offered exclusively. It involves the bookmaker offering higher odds on three events with fixed betting outcomes.

For example, West Ham v Liverpool: pick 2, odds: 1.50 LASK v WAC: pick 1, odds: 1.50 Leverkusen v Freiburg: pick 1, odds: 1.50

If these three picks are placed as a standard parlay bet, then the total odds are 3.375. However, if you place this bet as a "Take 3", it will be offered with total odds of 3.80.

Over/under

This type of bet involves you betting on the number of goals/points scored. "Over 2.5" means that more than 2.5 goals – i.e. 2-1, 3-0 etc., for example – must be scored. "Under 2.5" means that fewer than 2.5 goals – i.e. 1-1, 0-1 etc., for example – must be scored .

Remaining time bet

This type of bet involves you betting on who's going to win the remaining playing time. To this end, the current score at the point at which the bet is placed is reset to 0-0, with only the goals scored during the remaining playing time being counted.

For example, the match between SK Sturm Graz and Rapid stood at 1-0 after 60 minutes. The result at full time was 2-2. This means that the remaining playing time finished at 1-2.

Result bet

This type of bet involves you betting on the final result of an event.

For example, football: Liverpool v Tottenham: 2-1, 3-0, 1-1, 0-1, etc. (based on goals)

Set betting

This type of bet involves you betting on the final result of an event.

For example, tennis: Roger Federer v Rafael Nadal: 2-0, 3-1, 0-2, 2-3 etc. (based on sets)

Special bets

For many events, a symbol (+101) indicates the availability of special bets. Special bets are betting offers tailored specifically to the event at hand.

For example, double chance: Who will win the first half? How many goals will team 1 score?

Game development

This type of bet involves betting on the development of an event. Which team will score the first goal of the match and how will it finish.

For example, Liverpool v Tottenham Tottenham goes 0-1 up in the 57th minute and the match finishes 2-2. The right pick would have been "First goal to team 2 and draw".

Super 7

"Super 7" is a special parlay bet that's offered exclusively. "Super 7" gives you the chance to win EUR 10,000.00 with a EUR 10.00 stake.

It involves the bookmaker offering ten events with three betting outcomes. You need to select seven bets from these ten events and bet a fixed stake of EUR 10.00. If all the picks are correct, you will win EUR 10,000.00.

You can also place a "Super 7" as a multiway bet. In this case, you choose an additional betting outcome for the event in question. This increases your stake, as you are placing multiple bets.

System bet

You combine multiple bets in one pick slip, choosing how many bets need to win in order for the entire pick slip to win. If only some of your selected bets are correct, you will receive a payout of a partial sum.

For example, you bet that Arsenal (odds 2.50), AC Milan (odds 2.20) and FC Barcelona (odds 2.00) will all win, and select the system 2 out of 3. If all three bets are correct, you will win EUR 1,490.00. 2.5 x 2.2 x EUR 100.00 (EUR 550.00) 2.5 x 2.0 x EUR 100.00 (EUR 500.00) 2.2 x 2.0 x EUR 100.00 (EUR 440.00)

If only two picks are correct, then you need to multiply the odds of the correct bets and multiply this by the stake per bet. For instance, if Arsenal and AC Milan won (but not FC Barcelona), then your payout amount would be EUR 550.00 (2.50 x 2.20 x EUR 100.00).

"Banks" are also possible for system bets. These picks are attached to every combination in the system. However, if one "bank" is wrong, then the entire pick slip is lost, no matter how many picks in the system are correct.
