Deal Thursday generally takes place every Thursday. The reward available on each occasion and the corresponding code will be announced as part of the current Deal Thursday communications.

The promotion is limited to a specific allocation. Each code can only be redeemed once per eligible customer.
The bonus credited via the code must be used by 23:59 CEST on the same day. After that, it will automatically expire.

Additional terms and conditions may apply to individual bonuses, for example regarding minimum odds, maximum stake, bet type, market or event. These will be announced as part of the relevant promotion.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Preamble
1.1. Admiral Sportwetten GmbH, FN 39714d, Novomatic Straße 5, 2352 Gumpoldskirchen (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser” or “ASW”), is organising the “Deal Thursday” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”). The aim of this promotion is to offer eligible customers, as part of a promotion limited in time and quantity, the opportunity to receive a bonus determined by ASW by using a promotional code.
1.2. These terms and conditions of participation govern the rights and obligations of participants in the context of the promotion and ensure transparent and fair administration. By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges the need to comply with them in order to uphold the legal framework and the integrity of the promotion.
2. Eligibility
2.1. These terms and conditions are binding on all persons wishing to take part in the promotion. Only natural persons of legal age (at least eighteen [18] years old) who are resident in Austria and hold a fully verified ADMIRAL betting account are eligible to participate.
2.2. The organiser reserves the right to verify the participant’s identity by appropriate means. This includes, in particular but not exclusively, the provision of the participant’s full name, date of birth, address, email address and telephone number. The participant is responsible for ensuring that this information is accurate and up to date. This includes, in particular, the possible request for additional documents for verification purposes, such as photo ID or proof of address.
2.3. In the event of incorrect, out-of-date or incomplete details, the organiser reserves the right to exclude the participant from the promotion, to cancel any rewards granted and any resulting winnings, and to take legal action where necessary.
2.4. Each participant is entitled to take part only once in each ‘Deal Thursday’ promotion. Multiple entries are expressly prohibited and will result in exclusion from the promotion.
2.5. Employees of ASW and their family members are excluded from taking part. Furthermore, employees of affiliated companies are excluded from taking part. The term ‘family members’ also includes those persons who share the same place of residence and therefore the same postal address.
3. How to take part
3.1. Participation in the relevant Deal Thursday promotion is possible on the respective promotion day between 10:00 CEST and 23:59 CEST, or whilst the redemption quota allocated for the relevant promotion remains available.
3.2. To take part, the promotional code communicated by ASW for the relevant Deal Thursday must be entered and successfully redeemed within the promotional period via the designated redemption option in the ADMIRAL customer account.
3.3. The respective Deal Thursday promotion may be limited to a specific number of successful code redemptions. The applicable redemption quota will be announced as part of the relevant promotional communication. Once the quota has been exhausted, further participation is no longer possible, even if the promotional period has not yet ended.
4. Content and administration of the promotion
4.1. Upon successful redemption of the relevant promotional code, the participant will receive the reward specified for the relevant Deal Thursday.
4.2. Rewards may include, in particular, Free Bets, Risk-Free Bets, Profit Boosts or similar promotional rewards. The applicable reward will be announced as part of the relevant ‘Deal Thursday’ communications.
4.3. The reward credited via the promotional code must be used on the same day by 23:59 CEST at the latest. If the reward is not used within this period, it will automatically expire.
4.4. Additional product- or bet-related terms and conditions may apply to the relevant bonus. These include, in particular, possible minimum odds, maximum stakes, and restrictions regarding bet type, market or event. The applicable terms and conditions will be communicated in connection with the relevant promotion or bonus.
5. Promotion Terms and Conditions
5.1. Each eligible customer may redeem the relevant Deal Thursday code once during the promotional period, provided that the allocated redemption quota has not yet been exhausted.
5.2. A maximum of three promotional codes may be redeemed in succession. After a single deposit of at least EUR 20.00, either online or at an ADMIRAL branch, further promotional codes may be redeemed.
5.3. Multiple smaller deposits which, when added together, total EUR 20.00 or more do not count as a qualifying deposit for the purposes of this promotion. For example, two separate deposits of EUR 10.00 each will not unlock any further promotional codes.
5.4. A fully verified ADMIRAL betting account is required to redeem the relevant promotional code.
5.5. The specific details of the relevant bonus and any additional conditions will be announced as part of the relevant Deal Thursday promotion.
6. Exclusion from participation and abuse
6.1. Participation in the promotion requires the participant to behave in a manner that complies with these terms and conditions and ensures the smooth running of the promotion. Any attempt to circumvent the terms and conditions or to abuse the promotion will be regarded by the organiser as a serious breach of these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect the integrity of the promotion and to ensure that all participants comply with the stipulated terms and conditions.
6.2. Abuse includes, in particular, collusion between participants, multiple entries, fictitious competition accounts and any other attempts at manipulation or abuse.
6.3. Should any abuse be detected, the organiser reserves the right to impose the following sanctions:
6.3.1. The participant will be immediately excluded from the promotion.
6.3.2. All bonuses and winnings resulting from abusive activities will be forfeited.
6.4. In the event of serious breaches, the organiser reserves the right to take further legal action to assert its claims and to ensure the integrity of the promotion is protected.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The organiser accepts no liability for technical faults, delays, failures or other restrictions affecting the platform, in particular www.admiral.at, which are beyond its control and which may impair or prevent participation in the promotion. Similarly, the organiser is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such technical problems.
7.2. The Organiser’s liability is limited to intentional and grossly negligent conduct (excluding cases of fraudulent misrepresentation and personal injury [injury to life, limb or health]). The organiser shall not be liable for damage caused by slight negligence. Furthermore, liability for loss of profit, indirect damage, consequential damage arising from defects, and claims by third parties is excluded.
8. Data Protection
8.1. ASW’s data protection provisions, which are available on the website www.admiral.at, apply. The participant has the right at any time to obtain information about the data stored and may request its deletion or correction, insofar as this is permitted by law.
9. Contact and complaints
9.1. Any participant with questions or complaints regarding the promotion may contact ASW’s customer service team. The organiser will endeavour to process and respond to enquiries and complaints within a reasonable period of time.
10. Severability clause
10.1. Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be wholly or partially invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid, unlawful or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid, lawful and enforceable provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the original provision.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms and Conditions of Participation shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Republic of Austria, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
12. Right to make changes
12.1. The organiser reserves the right to amend the promotion, including these terms and conditions, at any time, to terminate it prematurely or to suspend it temporarily. This applies regardless of the circumstances and without prior notice.
12.2. The General Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules of Admiral Sportwetten GmbH apply.
12.3. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and Betting Rules of ASW and these terms and conditions of participation, the terms and conditions of participation for the promotion shall take precedence.
