Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, click on Login and then "Forgot password?". You will then be asked for the email address you have most recently saved in your ADMIRAL customer account.

Please make sure the email address you enter is correct. We will send a password reset link to this email address. Simply click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to select a new password, which can be used to log in immediately.

If you have forgotten your email address or no longer have access to it, we will need a copy of your official photographic identification and a new email address. Please send it to [email protected]. Your passport, driving licence, ID card or residence permit, for example, count as official photographic identification. If you opt for a residence permit, then we need the front and back of it.

Tip: Make sure you always have a valid email address saved in your customer account.
